You can use Kindful Chat from anywhere within the Kindful web app:
Log in to Kindful.
In the lower left corner from anywhere in the Kindful web app, click the Chat speech bubble icon.
The chat window expands.Ask Kindful Chat your question.
If you need more help:
During business hours, Kindful Chat will connect you to a person on our Support team.
Outside business hours, please leave a message with your first name, last name, and email address, and a Support Agent will respond by email during business hours.
