Overview
Below are some commonly-used Activity and Contact filters in Kindful, with their associated purpose, including finding contacts with a $0 lifetime donation amount.

Activities Filters
After Date | Displays activities that occur after a specified date. |
Before Date | Displays activities that occur before a specified date. |
Amount Greater/Less Than | Displays transactions including and greater/less than the amount specified. |
By Campaign | Displays activities associated with a particular Campaign. The options will list all active campaigns in Settings > Campaigns. |
By Fund | Displays activities associated with a particular fund. All active funds can be found in Settings > Funds. |
Prior Week/Month/Quarter/Year | Displays activities that occurred in the prior week, month, quarter, or year. |
This Week/Month/Quarter/Year | Displays activities that occurred in the current week, month, quarter, or year. |
Successful Transaction | Displays transactions that have processed successfully. Will exclude all other activities, including declined transactions. |
With Answer | Search for select-type (drop down menu) campaign custom fields. |
Contacts Filters
Has Transaction | Displays contacts with or without a transaction on their profile. Use this filter to find contacts who have a lifetime transaction amount of $0. |
Gave More Than X Within | Displays any contacts whose successful donations, when totaled, are more than the specified amount within the specified time range in months. This is a two-part filter: For the first value enter a dollar amount. And, for the second value, enter the month range, not including the current month. |
In Calendar Year, Gave More/Less Than | Displays contacts that gave an amount equal to or more/less than a particular amount in a particular calendar year (Jan-Dec). |
Is Archived: Yes/No | Displays contacts that are archived or not. The only way to see while searching contacts that have been archived . |
In City | Displays contacts who live in a particular city, as determined by their postal code. |
In State | Displays contacts who live in a particular U.S. state, as determined by the selection in the State field. |
In Country | Displays contacts who live in a particular country, as determined by the selection in the Country field. |
Near Postal | Displays contacts within a range of a specified postal code. This is a two part filter. The first field specifies the postal code, and the second the radius from that postal code. |
Has Signed In | Displays contacts who have confirmed their email address and signed into their Kindful giving profile. This can be very useful for troubleshooting login issues with donors. |
To Custom Field | Displays contacts with contact custom field values. |
To Campaign | Displays contacts who have a transaction belonging to the specified campaign. |
Has Email: Yes/No | Displays contacts who have or don't have an email address. |
Join Date Before/After | Displays contacts with a join date before or after the date specified. |
Lifetime Giving Greater/Less Than | Displays contacts with a lifetime giving equal to/greater than or equal to/less than the amount specified. |
LYBUNT | Displays contacts who gave last year but not this year. |
SYBUNT | Displays contacts who gave in the year specified but not this year. |
Contact Field Present | Displays contacts with any value (for Yes) or lack thereof (for No) in a variety of contact fields. This can be very helpful when archiving contacts synced without a name via an integration. |
