If you have connected Shopify to Kindful, and you are seeing new orders come through into your Activities page with the name "Anonymous Anonymous" and also lack additional details, make sure that when you are Creating a Webhook in Shopify (Settings > Notifications > Create Webhook) you have setup your webhook to send on Order Creation.
