Overview
This article explains how to connect Big River to your Kindful account.
Connecting to Big River
Log in to Kindful.
Go to Apps on the left sidebar. Find Big River and select Learn More, then select Connect. You'll be redirected to the Big River login website.
Log in with your Big River credentials.
In the upper right corner, select your account name, then click on Manage Account from the drop down menu.
Select the Integration tab.
Press Add Kindful Integration.
If asked, select Authorize to authorize Big River access to your Kindful account.
Now that you've connected your accounts, BigRiver contact and transaction information will flow into Kindful from BigRiver. This will create new contacts in Kindful if a contact does not yet exist, or append existing contacts in Kindful if the contact already exists in your Kindful account.
